Common issues and how to resolve them.
Common issues users run into and how to fix them. If your problem isn't covered here, reach out on Telegram — we usually respond within an hour.
I made trades but no cashback appeared
Most likely causes, in order of frequency:
- Settlement not yet run. Cashback settles once per hour. Wait at least 60 minutes after a trade before checking.
- Axiom referral not attached. If you signed up to Axiom directly (not through your DexFarm link), the referral may not be set. DM us with your Axiom email/wallet and we can check.
- Trade was on a different account. Cashback only counts trades on the Axiom account linked to your DexFarm referral. Trades on a separate Axiom account won't generate cashback.
- Trade was on a different bot. Currently only Axiom is supported. Trades on Trojan, BonkBot, etc. don't generate cashback yet.
My dashboard shows $0 even though I trade
Check that your account shows Verified ✅ on the dashboard. If it says Not verified ❌, your Axiom account isn't linked to your DexFarm referral.
To verify: re-open your DexFarm dashboard, copy your Axiom referral link, and make a small test trade through that link. Within 1-2 hours, your account should auto-verify and cashback will start appearing.
Withdrawal stuck on "Pending" or "Processing"
Withdrawals usually complete within 1-3 minutes. If it's been 10+ minutes:
- Refresh the dashboard — sometimes the status update lags
- Check Solscan with the transaction hash if shown
- If genuinely stuck for 30+ minutes, DM Telegram support with your wallet address
Failed withdrawals automatically return funds to your balance — you won't lose anything.
Wrong amount in my wallet
Withdrawals are processed in SOL. The dashboard shows USD equivalents using a live price feed, but the actual amount sent is fixed in SOL terms. If SOL price moves between when you initiated and when it landed, the USD value will look slightly different.
For exact verification: check the transaction on Solscan. The SOL amount transferred should match what your dashboard reported at the time of withdrawal.
Can't sign in with Google
DexFarm uses Google OAuth exclusively. Common issues:
- Pop-up blocker — disable for dexfarm.io and retry
- Browser extension blocking — try in incognito mode
- Multiple Google accounts — make sure you select the correct one
Lost access to my Google account
Your DexFarm account is tied to the Google email you signed up with. We don't have a way to migrate accounts. If you lose access to your Google account permanently, contact Telegram support — we may be able to help you withdraw your remaining cashback to a wallet you specify, but we can't recover the account itself.
I want to delete my account
Email us via Telegram with your Google email and we'll process the deletion within 24 hours. Make sure to withdraw any pending cashback first.
Something else is wrong
Hit us up on Telegram. Include:
- Your DexFarm account email
- Your Axiom user ID or referral code
- What you expected vs what happened
- Any error messages or screenshots
We'll get back within an hour during typical hours.
